In this episode…

What is the biggest mistake patients make after medical negligence? Many people assume that a poor medical outcome automatically means malpractice, while others wait too long to gather evidence or seek legal guidance. As AI rapidly changes the legal profession, could technology help more families uncover the truth behind complex medical cases?

David shares how artificial intelligence is transforming the way attorneys evaluate medical records, identify potential deviations from the standard of care, and improve access to justice. He explains why many legitimate concerns never become viable lawsuits, discusses the importance of collecting complete medical records, and recounts examples of patients whose preparation and documentation uncovered critical information that otherwise could have been missed.

In this episode of Verdict Signal, host Daniel Gouw interviews David Roddenberry, Co-Founder and Attorney at Mama Bear Law, a personal injury and medical malpractice firm serving clients nationwide. A Harvard College graduate, Harvard Law School graduate, and Marshall Scholar, David combines his legal background with decades of health technology experience to bring AI into medical malpractice litigation. They discuss patient advocacy, choosing the right attorney, managing expectations, the future of AI in personal injury law, and how technology is expanding access to justice for injured families. Tune in to learn how to make informed choices that protect what you build.
