This specialty practice in the Midwest was doing some SEO before but quickly outgrew their marketing company. They then came to EDNA Digital Marketing to continue growing and the data below shows the results of that SEO campaign.

Goals

  • Rank website on the first page of Google for selected keywords

  • 20-40% Lead Generation (combo of both GBP calls + onsite conversions (forms/calls depending on the tracking setup)

Action Plan

  1. Extensive keyword research to find relevant keywords including competitive analysis
  2. Optimize GMB profile from top to bottom
  3. Built relevant niche and local citations
  4. Optimized onsite for location signals
  5. Post weekly on their GMB profile to increase additional signals
  6. Evaluate the site's content silo for content strategy
  7. Create and publish monthly blogs as supplementary content for target keywords

Campaign Results

  • Number of first rankings on Google, from 61 to 504, an increase of 726%
  • Monthly Website Traffic, from 610 users to 3,780 users, an increase of 519%
  • Website Calls per month, from 78 calls to 228 calls, an increase of 192%

Here are the user acquisition metrics for the client’s website as measured in Google Analytics 4 (GA4). As seen, organic search is the channel that brings the highest number of new users to the website in April 2023 - May 2024. Out of 18,170 new users, organic search contributed 47.72% of the total new users. 58.60% of new users’ engaged sessions also came from organic search.
