Courtney Copeland

Courtney Copeland  is an Integrative Somatic Practitioner and brings laughter, healing, and empowerment to clients worldwide. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling as well as certifications in Integrative Somatic Healing, Thought Field Therapy Algorithms, and is EMDR certified. She served as the Co-Clinical Director for the Tidewater Emergency Medical Services Critical Incident Stress Management team for 5 years, as an Adjunct Professor in Human Services and Counseling with Bryant and Stratton College, and instructed the Portsmouth (VA) Police Department and First Responder Coaching, LLC Staff on mental health and crisis intervention. 


She has been featured on Empower Network TV, the Radiant Women Entrepreneur Summit, and a multitude of podcasts. She presented in collaboration with Dr. Sherry Todd at the 2018 FMHCA Mental Health Conference on the benefits of Neurofeedback in Mental Health and promotes a holistic approach to mental and overall health. She works with clients to understand how trauma is stored in the body and how to process and work through trapped emotions through a supportive, holistic, and individualized approach.
