In this episode…

What if the reason you still feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck isn't a lack of effort, but an overstimulated nervous system? Many people focus on exercise, nutrition, and healthy habits, yet continue struggling with stress related symptoms that seem impossible to shake. Could the hidden factor behind many health challenges be the body's inability to fully move out of survival mode?

Courtney shares how her own experiences with trauma led her to explore wellness beyond traditional fitness and nutrition. She explains the concepts behind the Harmonic Egg experience, including the use of light, sound, and frequency based sessions designed to support relaxation and nervous system balance. The conversation explores how chronic stress may influence focus, digestion, inflammation, sleep quality, emotional triggers, and overall well-being, along with stories from clients seeking support for a variety of health challenges.
