Dr Alisha Armstrong

Dr. Alisha Armstrong earned her Master’s degree at Vanderbilt University in 2008, where she worked as the Trauma Team Coordinator at Vanderbilt Children’s hospital before relocating back home to Chattanooga, TN. In 2013, she earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from UT Chattanooga. Dr. Armstrong has experience in adult surgical internsive care, adult and pediatric emergency/trauma, pediatric intensive care and neonatal intensive care, as well as the field of aesthetic medicine. After training with some of the top aesthetic injectors in the country, she decided to open Premier Medical Aesthetics.  Dr. Armstrong is not only passionate about providing quality aesthetic procedures and care, but also doing so in an environment that is welcoming and fun for every person that enters the door.  Her goal is to help every client she encounters feel safe while they are in her care, and beautiful and confident when they leave.


In 2019, Alisha completed her training and board certification to be a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, making her the first CANS nurse in the Chattanooga area. She has completed multiple cadaver labs, including Dr. Chris Surek’s Intensive Advanced Injection Academy lab in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a national trainer for both Revance Aesthetics and Prollenium, which allows her to travel all over the country teaching other health care professionals her injection expertise.
