Noemi Erickson

Noemi is the Founder and CEO of Natural Rejuvenation MedSpa and a licensed Master Aesthetician. Before moving to the United States, Noemi was a practicing psychologist and worked full time as a Christian worker in the Philippines. Her life centered on helping people, understanding their struggles, and making a positive difference in their lives.

When she immigrated to the US in 2008, she knew she had to reinvent herself. She decided to pursue an MBA because her dream was to enter the corporate world. But life had a different plan for her.

Along the way, Noemi became a licensed Master Aesthetician and opened a small facial center inside a nail salon. She started it as a side business to supplement her income, with no grand plans of building a medspa. But that little business started growing. Clients kept coming, referrals increased, and she saw a chance to turn something she enjoyed into a meaningful career. That’s when she decided to commit to aesthetics wholeheartedly.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll learn:

  • Learn how treatments that support collagen remodeling can improve skin firmness, texture, and overall skin quality over time.
  • Uncover how Noemi's philosophy of choosing skin regeneration over Botox and fillers shapes her personalized approach to facial rejuvenation.
  • Find out how her signature Total Skin Repair program combines different aesthetic technologies to address multiple skin concerns.
  • Explore how Morpheus8, Ultherapy Prime, and advanced laser treatments work through different mechanisms to support skin rejuvenation.
  • Understand why collagen remodeling takes time and what realistic treatment timelines can look like.
  • Learn how regenerative treatments such as PRF and EZ Gel use components of a client's own blood in aesthetic procedures.
  • Discover why expensive skincare products are not always better and how a simple, consistent routine can support healthy skin.
  • Hear how Noemi's background in psychology and passion for painting influence her approach to personalized aesthetic care.
  • Gain a new perspective on aging gracefully while preserving the facial features that make each person unique.

In this episode…

What if looking younger isn't about changing your face, but improving the health and quality of your skin? While Botox and dermal fillers remain popular choices for facial rejuvenation, master aesthetician Noemi Erickson believes there is another approach worth exploring. Instead of focusing primarily on relaxing wrinkles or adding volume, she emphasizes treatments that support the skin's natural repair processes. But can skin regeneration offer a different path to aging beautifully without dramatically changing your appearance?

Noemi shares how her signature Total Skin Repair program combines technologies such as Morpheus8, Ultherapy Prime, and fractional laser treatments to address collagen loss, uneven texture, pigmentation, and skin laxity. She also explains the role of regenerative treatments like PRF and EZ Gel, why meaningful skin improvements require patience, and how everyday skincare habits influence long term results. Drawing from her personal experience with skin damage in the Philippines and her journey from psychology to aesthetics, she reveals why understanding each person's skin is just as important as choosing the right treatment.
